Job Summary

A highly skilled Vehicle Service Technician will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service experiences to customers while working on electric vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent diagnostic and repair skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive maximum service and repair efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic and repair work on all aspects of the Tesla product line.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive continuous improvement of procedures and products.
  • Provide detailed feedback to enable enhanced service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in a collaborative environment with a respectful attitude.
  • Operate advanced tools and equipment to support job diagnostics and professional development.
  • Document repairs concisely and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize company-supplied laptops to support job diagnostics and professional development.
  • Inspect and maintain service equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified Motor Mechanic or Registered Vehicle Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a fully qualified Motor Mechanic or Technician.
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods, techniques, parts, and tools.
  • Experience using diagnostic scan tools and following operating scopes.
  • A creative problem solver with a passion for innovative technologies.
