Administrative Assistant Job Opportunity

Miwatj Health is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Raypirri Rom Program team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate bookings and travel arrangements
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Procure office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with HR documentation and staff records
  • Organise and file documents securely
  • Handle phone calls and welcome visitors professionally
  • Contribute to resource development in English and Yol' Matha

This administrative role provides critical support to our team, ensuring seamless office operations that respect Yol' culture.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of $65,592 to $71,412 per annum + 12% Superannuation
  • Salary Packaging up to $15,900 + additional $2,650 on Meals and Entertainment
  • 6 Weeks annual leave + 1-week additional leave + 17.5% Leave Loading
