Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced scientific leader to oversee the delivery of exceptional assisted reproductive technology (ART) services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embryology and strategic leadership, ensuring optimal laboratory conditions and outstanding patient outcomes.

About the Role

This role combines hands-on management with innovative thinking, driving growth across the business while ensuring compliance with national and international standards. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, clinicians, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the scientific team, fostering a culture of ongoing professional development and best practice adherence.
  • Oversee all laboratory operations, including IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation, semen analysis, genetic testing, and quality control.
  • Develop, implement, and review laboratory protocols and policies to ensure world-class patient care and drive business success.
  • Maintain and report on laboratory performance indicators, including pregnancy rates.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to business growth through innovation, technology adoption, and collaborative leadership.
