Senior Embryology Manager Role

This is a leadership position that oversees the operation of an IVF laboratory. The role requires hands-on experience in embryology, strategic leadership, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the scientific team to ensure professional development and adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee all laboratory operations including IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation, semen analysis, genetic testing, and quality control.
  • Develop, implement, and review laboratory protocols and policies to ensure world-class patient care.
  • Maintain and report on laboratory performance indicators, including pregnancy rates.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Contribute to business growth through innovation, technology adoption, and collaborative leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science (minimum); Master's or PhD preferred.
  • Extensive IVF laboratory experience (10+ years), ideally with prior experience as a Senior Embryology Manager.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ART procedures, andrology, and current scientific practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and passport for national/international travel.
