Job Description

We're seeking a scientific partner who can provide support to trial sites and share insights. This expert will serve as the internal scientific authority in therapy areas, healthcare landscape, and data on medicines.

The successful candidate will represent us with external multidisciplinary scientific and HCP communities through engagement, presentations, advisory boards, conferences, and other activities.

This role involves developing networks to share key insights, ideas, and resources. It also requires identifying actionable insights from external stakeholders to inform pre-launch and launch plans.

Knowledge and Skills

An advanced scientific or clinical degree is required. At least 5 years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals is preferred.

A deep understanding of complex oncology ecosystems is essential. Functional experience in pre-launch and post-launch settings, with strong knowledge in oncology, is highly desirable.

Demonstrated deep understanding of patient journeys and established relationships with oncology networks are advantages. Evidence of strong medical affairs acumen is required.

The ideal candidate will understand future trends and shape ecosystems to introduce new treatment paradigms. They must have leadership skills in matrix and cross-functional team structures, with agility, transparency, and innovation.

The role thrives in agile settings with dynamic release and fast uptake of new data. Strong analytical skills, demonstrated ability to lead change, drive innovation, and develop relationships and networks at senior levels are essential.

Excellent written, verbal, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills are required. The candidate must be able to work with high autonomy and independence while adhering to regulatory, legal, and business conduct requirements.

Occasional travel to domestic and international conferences may be required.
