We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our QLD Operations team to assist on our Notre Dame College project located on the Sunshine Coast. This is a site-based role that requires strong leadership and management skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving optimum production and cost outcomes through the management of direct staff and subcontractors, while maintaining a healthy and safe work environment and committing to environment and sustainability requirements.

As the successful candidate, you will need to be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well-organized, and committed to the highest possible work standards and safety. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • Minimum of five years' experience as a Supervisor with experience on commercial construction projects
  • Proven ability to drive and deliver successful projects
  • Demonstrable understanding of safety, health, and environment best practice
  • Solid communication and management skills
