About this Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and hospitality fit-outs, as well as proven experience in contract management.

This role involves preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and procurement documentation. The successful candidate will also manage the tendering process, oversee contract administration, and liaise with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review contracts, subcontracts, and procurement documentation.
  • Manage the tendering process, including preparation of bids and RFP responses.
  • Oversee contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial or hospitality fit-out sector.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and construction compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience with bids and tendering processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
