About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Contract Administrator. This role will involve working on diverse, high-end hospitality and commercial fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts and procurement documentation.
  • Manage the tendering process, including preparation of bids, RFP responses and cost submissions.
  • Oversee contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with scope, budget and timeframes.
  • Liaise with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and consultants to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Manage variations, progress claims and contract close-outs.
  • Support project delivery by maintaining strong commercial and contractual controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4–5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial or hospitality fit-out sector.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management and construction compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience with bids and tendering processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with construction contract management software and Microsoft Office suite.
