**Marketing Role Summary:**

The Marketing Coordinator position is a pivotal support role within our marketing department. This dynamic individual will be responsible for assisting the General Manager Marketing and Projects, as well as the Marketing Manager of Kaplan International Pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end marketing request management as directed by the GM Marketing and Marketing Manager Pathways; develop creative concepts, provide clear briefs to the wider marketing team and ensure effective implementation.
  • Coordinate the delivery of multichannel promotional campaigns that align with marketing strategy.
  • Assist with marketing research and events preparation.
  • Manage external suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Social media management across various channels with an innovative approach on content creation.
  • Proactively suggest marketing ideas and help evolve workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing environment (essential).
  • Cross-channel marketing experience (essential).
  • Excellent communication skills (essential).
  • Strong project management skills (essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
  • The ability to stay organized and maintain quality output under pressure within set deadlines.
  • Strong desire to create unique and engaging marketing content.
  • Self-driven personality and the ability to prioritize.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in marketing and/or communications.
  • Direct knowledge or experience of the international education sector (desirable).
  • Experience with systems and tools related to marketing, such as analytics tools or CRMs (desirable).
