The Opportunity

We are seeking an organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to contribute to our Australian Marketing team in Sydney or Melbourne.

As part of a local and global team, you will assist with tasks such as website management, data analysis, content creation, event management, marketing collaterals production, database management, and the preparation of bids and submissions.

Reporting to the Senior Client and Marketing Executive Lead, you will be a key member of the Marketing team by providing support and assistance to the Marketing Team and the broader business.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar;
  • 2-3 years of relevant industry experience (experience in professional services is desirable but not essential);
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Well-developed planning, organising, and prioritising skills;
  • Client service focus with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations;
  • Passionate about being part of a team and contributing to overall success.
