Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Bayside Region. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering Allied Health services including occupational therapy, speech therapy, and behaviour support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions
  • Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
  • Provide environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings
  • Recommend and facilitate Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
