We are currently seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Administrator to join our team based at our Bibra Lake facility.

About the Role:

  • Perform warehouse administrative tasks including accounts payable, expenses, stock control, sundry orders, receipting, processing, delivery dockets, and filling out consignment notes
  • Assist customers with products and queries
  • Maintain safety processes
  • Provide general administrative support to the warehouse, including various customer queries
  • Work and communicate with transport and logistics companies, truck drivers, and store personnel
  • Assist with packing small orders

About You:

  • A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
  • Problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
