Job Role Overview

This position oversees the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services across various projects. Responsibilities include managing a team to ensure high-quality outcomes and timely project completion.

Key areas of focus include developing MEP cost management opportunities, working closely with senior directors. The role also involves assisting in feasibility studies, preparing and presenting cost plans, and effectively managing post-contract cost variances.

Requirements
  • A recognised Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering is highly desirable.
  • Professional accreditation such as MRICS / AIQS is ideal.
  • Relevant work experience in a consultancy environment is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems.
  • Experience in the cost management sector is required.
  • Proficiency in using industry-specific software such as CostX.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
