Job Summary

The role of a Senior MEP Cost Manager Lead involves overseeing the team to deliver high-quality MEP services on projects from initial cost planning to final account agreement.

  • Lead and develop the team to deliver MEP services efficiently.
  • Drive MEP bid opportunities and collaborate with senior leadership to expand MEP cost management services.
  • Support feasibility studies, prepare procurement reports, estimate costs, and plan resource allocation effectively.
  • Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes successfully.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering is preferred.
  • MRICS/AIQS accreditation or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Relevant work experience in a consultancy environment is essential.
  • Detailed knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems is required.
  • Proven experience in the cost management sector is necessary.
  • Proficiency in using CostX software is expected.
