Office Operations Coordinator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational leadership and management to the clinic, enabling the administrative team members to deliver high-quality, efficient, professional, and friendly services to patients, customers, referrers, and the community. As the Office Operations Coordinator, you will provide support and guidance to the reception team while providing frontline reception duties, managing senior clerical responsibilities, and providing exceptionally patient-focused services.

This position would ideally suit someone with experience in Radiology or Allied Healthcare.   • Manage medical reception and clinic administration services professionally
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient care
  • Maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers
  • Manage and drive the performance of the clinics' daily appointment schedules
  • Manage data and information accuracy, including invoicing and receipting
  • Ensure clerical staff have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities
  • Provide clerical staff with ongoing and regular feedback, mentoring, and coaching

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience within a reception role
  • Ability to manage, coach, and lead clerical/clincal staff
  • Ability to lead and drive I-MED patient care and customer service standards
  • Experience within Radiology or Allied Health is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other medical and non-medical personnel verbally and in writing
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude
