Job Title: Commercial Property Asset Manager

We are seeking a skilled commercial property asset manager to join our National Industrial Capital Markets team. The role is based in the Sydney CBD and involves analyzing, marketing, and negotiating the sale of industrial properties across the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial / cash flow modeling for industrial assets and compile information for use in submissions, pitches, and information memorandums
  • Coordinate comprehensive financial and technical due diligence and assist with handling associated enquiries during campaigns, including lease reviews and outgoings benchmarking exercises
  • Conduct research and analysis of relevant market information / intelligence
  • Manage key data sources of the team including sales data, valuation data, operating agreement data, and other sector-specific data
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Industrial Capital Markets client group, including Institutional and International clients
  • Assist in the development of the opportunity pipeline
  • Prepare client progress reports on campaigns and attend client meetings
Requirements:
  • University Degree Qualified & Real Estate License/Certificate
  • Intermediate with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS-Project)
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and oral, and the ability to converse with all levels of staff from senior-level management to technical staff
  • Understanding of local industrial property market and current trends
  • Ability to work competently to achieve key milestone dates
