Your RoleAs an Optical Assistant, you'll channel your passion and commitment into delivering the best possible experience to your customers every day. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop your skills and knowledge, and you'll have access to our world-class web-based learning platform to keep you up-to-date with all things related to eyecare and eyewear.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through great interactions, product recommendations, and exceptional service
- Assist customers with their eyecare and eyewear needs, using critical thinking and product/optics knowledge to help solve vision problems
- Effectively manage your time and operational requirements without compromising the customer experience
- Build strong rapport with your fellow team members, including management, optometrists, and support office staff
