About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Manager to join our team. As the central point of contact for day-to-day operational matters between our company and the airlines, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company at internal and external functions, ensuring that the company and its products and services are presented in a strong and positive light.
  • Work closely with the National Logistics Manager regarding Third Party Logistics (3PL) performance.
  • Participate in and ensure that audit and quality controls are conducted on a regular basis.

In this role, you will also be responsible for providing expert advice to customers in all facets of customer service including logistical and customs information.

You will have a proven track record in a similar role and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also be able to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy, and have the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven knowledge and experience in a similar role.
  • Food Safety and HACCP qualifications desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders.
