A typical day in this role might include:
- Processing and issuing invoices, credit notes, and resolving any billing disputes
- Monitoring overdue accounts and following up with customers to ensure prompt payment
- Credit management of accounts receivable balances and maintaining a professional approach with customers
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in accounting or related field
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume accounts receivable environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent communication skills
- A high level of proficiency in Excel and other financial software
