Digital Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Systems Manager to join our team at BlueRock Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with clients to support the development of their operational and growth strategies, with a focus on business systems implementation and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure complex systems to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and processes.
- Perform systems process mapping and conduct needs analysis sessions with clients to identify areas for improvement.
- Customize system settings and options to optimize performance and functionality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and execute implementation plans, including timelines and resource allocation, to ensure successful system deployments.
- Perform thorough testing and validation of system implementations to ensure high-quality results.

Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of system implementation and configuration using Microsoft Dynamics, Cin7, MRPeasy, HubSpot, and Scoro.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles, including database management and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies, as well as network configuration and cybersecurity best practices.
