The Digital Preservation Coalition is seeking a highly skilled Specialist, Library Systems and Digital Preservation to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining core library systems, working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions, and staying up-to-date with emerging standards and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- System Implementation and Maintenance: Implement and maintain core library systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise to support key projects, assisting with documentation and ensuring that systems are configured and upgraded as needed.
- Innovative Solutions: Contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions, systems maintenance, enhancements, and implementation of IT-related projects, ensuring service excellence and user experience.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to support system implementation tasks, data extraction, system configuration, data manipulation, testing, and project work as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Technical Expertise: Possess technical expertise in library systems and digital preservation, with a strong understanding of emerging standards and technologies.

- Adaptability: Remain adaptable in a rapidly changing digital environment, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
