Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in providing support, direction, orientation and education to clinicians within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to virtual health clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care through evidence-based guidelines and protocols.
  • Collaborate with clinical workforce leads and operations teams to plan and coordinate services relating to specific client groups or patients.
  • Model best practices in holistic care delivery and assist in the management of action research projects and quality assurance programs.
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care and individual case management to patients or clients with complex needs.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in nursing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare leadership
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and reducing costs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
