Job Description

The role of an Administrative Officer involves providing administrative and operational support to a team. This includes ensuring the smooth execution of placement processes, maintaining accurate records, and offering professional assistance to students and hosts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in administering student placements, responding to queries, and completing tasks efficiently.
  • Process Purchase Orders and Invoices with accuracy and promptness.
  • Evaluate compliance requirements and data reports to ensure adherence to policies.
  • Utilize various systems, such as Outlook, Strata, Teams, Placeright, and In Place, effectively to manage work responsibilities.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems, including InPlace, SharePoint, and Strata.
About You

To excel in this role, you will possess relevant qualifications, skills, and experience. Key requirements include:

  • A Certificate III in Business or Business Administration, or relevant experience with lesser qualifications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including rapport building and conflict resolution.
  • Effective self-management, prioritization, problem-solving, and deadline management.
  • Results-oriented with excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to present clearly and engagingly to students.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
