About Your Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital part in enabling individuals to live well by applying loving care in all that you do. You will inspire your team to do the same, delivering best practice clinical care that leads with heart.

You will develop genuine connections and build confidence and trust with your residents and their loved ones, whilst supervising and leading your team.

About You
  • You have a bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification
  • You hold a current registration with AHPRA
  • You have experience in a clinical leadership role and the ability to work effectively with a team
  • You understand the requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
  • You demonstrate effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet objectives and timelines
