Job Description:">

We are seeking a skilled ETL Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to facilitate data extraction, transformation, and loading into various systems.

The ETL Developer will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements, develop and maintain high-quality ETL solutions, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and test ETL processes using industry-standard tools such as DataStage and SQL.
  2. Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and other data storage solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project success.
  4. Continuously improve ETL processes and system performance through data analysis and optimization techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:">
  • Proven experience in ETL development using DataStage, SQL, TOAD/DB Visualiser, and data warehouse environments.
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems, including DB2, data modeling, and dimensional modeling.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA.
  • Relevant certification in information management or a related field.
