Marketing Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is accountable for developing, implementing and managing marketing solutions that have a positive impact on revenue and alignment with business goals.

This includes developing and launching best-in-class marketing campaigns, events and strategies to develop new prospects and nurture them through our customer lifecycle – from unknown prospect to loyal customer.

You will be responsible for driving quality leads for the sales team in NSW, ACT and WA through thoughtful, optimised programs across all digital media channels.

The position works closely with internal business units to deliver effective marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead small to large-scale events ensuring a positive customer experience, coordinating marketing, sales teams and external vendors to support execution
  • Analyse CRM and conversion data to optimise strategies
  • Collaborate with the Content Specialist to develop a variety of content to support strategies and develop nurture programs
  • Roll out in-branch programs and support other initiatives as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification with a marketing, communications or digital focus
  • Minimum two-three years in a campaign and event management role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention-to-detail
  • High-level organisation skills – a self-starter with excellent time management
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience using marketing technology to engage customers, e.g., digital marketing, eDMs, chat tools
