Job Description

Clinical trials are pivotal for discovering innovative treatments and enhancing patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Accommodate patients with exceptional courtesy and professionalism.
  • Respond promptly to calls and inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to Clinical Trial Coordinators, ensuring seamless trial execution.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulatory guidelines while managing clinical research protocols.
  • Enter accurate data for patient visits and maintain clinical records meticulously.
  • Support the investigator by preparing trial documentation for review and signature.
  • Assist Clinical Trials Coordinators with administration tasks, including reporting and data management.
  • Coordinate external monitoring appointments effectively.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Maintain close collaboration with Clinical Trials Coordinators and Investigators in a fast-paced setting.
