Key Responsibilities- Resident Care: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality and person-centered care to residents, addressing their specific medical, physical, and emotional needs.
- Staff Supervision: Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers and support staff.
- Care Planning: Overseeing the development and implementation of individual care plans for each resident, considering their unique health requirements and preferences.
- Medication Management: Ensuring proper administration and management of medications for residents, adhering to prescribed schedules and protocols.
- Family Communication: Communicating effectively with residents' families or legal guardians, providing updates on their loved one's condition and involving them in care decisions when appropriate.
This position comes with a competitive salary range of $51-$55 per hour in VIC, along with various benefits including allowances, paid training days, recognition programs, and access to employee discounts at reputable brands such as Apple and Samsung.

Requirements- AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse
