Senior Highways Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Highways Engineer to lead our teams in delivering NSW's latest road, infrastructure, and energy projects from our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage design teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with other design teams and disciplines to ensure the integrity and quality of the overall design of infrastructure and other land development projects.
  • Develop and implement digitally innovative design solutions for clients.
  • Promote and develop the technical capability of other team members.
Requirements:
  • Relevant engineering degree with or progressing to Chartered status or equivalent professional accreditation.
  • At least 7 years of experience in providing high-quality delivery of roads and civil related concepts and designs.
  • Sound knowledge and experience working with local design standards, including Austroads Guide to Road Design and specifications.
  • Ability to lead, manage, mentor, and develop medium-scale, diverse project teams.
  • Sound understanding of design management principles and practices.
  • Experience in reviewing designs in 3D software.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability through effective communication.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, quality, and improving service for clients.
