About The Role

We are seeking a values-driven Truck Driver based in the Sunshine Coast region and Caloundra Warehouse, who is responsible for the movement of goods in and out of the store. The role will also provide assistance in the overall productivity of the Family Stores and warehouse, in line with TSA mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pickup and Delivery of Goods: Undertake the pickup and delivery of goods as per instructions from the relevant Family Store Manager and in accordance with the schedule, as per all WHS manual handling procedures/protocols.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service as a primary customer contact for the Family Store.
  • Stock Management: Maintain stock to required standards and ensure goods are stored and rotated appropriately.
  • Brand and Quality Assessment: Understand and determine the value of brands and quality products and carry out procedures related to TSA pickup protocols.
  • Retail Floor Assistance: Provide retail floor assistance as needed including sorting, pricing and moving stock.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 yrs experience in driving/operating commercial vehicles.
  • Customer Facing Role: Previous experience in a customer facing role.
  • Computer Skills: Competent computer skills and ability to use software applications to complete work and training goals.
  • Driver's Licence: Current valid Driver's Licence.
  • First Aid Certificate: First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Physical Ability: A good level of fitness to carry out the duties of the position. This position will require physical ability to stand, sit and walk for long periods of time. The role will require you to push, pull, lift, carry, restrain stock and climb ladders etc. Such work will be undertaken in accordance with WHS policies and procedures.
