Your Key Responsibilities

  • Safely load and unload your truck with cages for delivery using a forklift
  • Complete your own daily vehicle safety check
  • Drive our modern trucks between operational centres and customers for deliveries and pick-ups
  • Return to operational centres to unload pick-ups
  • Work full-time hours through our peak period
  • Earn a competitive casual rate starting from $42.65 - $48.20 + super
  • Rotate through a roster

About You

  • You're available to work from October through our peak period
  • You hold a current Heavy Rigid and Forklift license
  • You're safety-focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility
  • You have a customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills
  • You're fit enough to load and unload parcels of all different shapes, sizes and weights
  • You're prepared to provide a driving history report, undergo an Australia Post specific pre-employment medical, drug/alcohol screening and national police checks

How We'll Deliver for You

  • You'll be allocated a regular shift time and work with a great bunch of people
  • A higher rate of pay applies for applicable shifts (penalty rates)
  • You'll benefit from a 12% superannuation rate
  • We may have opportunities for ongoing work beyond the peak season
