Job Opportunity in Steel Production

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. This is a full-time role that offers a great opportunity to expand your skills with on the job training.

About the Role:

This position involves assisting with production work and operating machinery, as well as cutting and bending reinforcing steel. You will also be responsible for bundling and loading reinforcing steel onto trucks, and welding reinforcing steel structures together.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a production environment using machines or hand tools
  • Metal production or reinforcing steel experience (advantageous)
  • MIG or stick welding experience (desirable)
  • Forklift licence (advantageous)
  • Commitment to safe work practices
  • Customer service and positive teamwork
