
Administrative Project Coordinator Position

This role involves providing high-level administrative and project management support to the Executive Director. Key responsibilities include coordinating communications, managing projects from inception to completion, and preparing executive briefs for informed decision-making.
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing expert advice and contributing to resolving complex issues. A proactive approach will ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Director's office, allowing them to focus on strategic leadership.
This position also offers opportunities to engage in dynamic projects and undertake research initiatives as directed by the Executive Director. Organisational skills will be essential in coordinating the Director's diary and managing essential documentation and information systems.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will possess strong communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities and a demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
A strong background in administration is required, with experience in preparing high-quality reports and briefings, as well as effective project support and decision-making. Analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, with the ability to investigate, analyse, and conceptualise problems, formulating appropriate solutions independently.
