Project Coordinator Role

The role involves managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance, and facilitating efficient team operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inboxes and actioning tasks in a timely manner
  • Saving job-related documents to relevant business systems, adhering to document control and naming processes
  • Building positive relationships and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Assisting with preparation of documentation, ensuring high levels of accuracy and compliance
  • Setting up jobs in Companion for the Site Manager to commence works on-site
