Job Description

The Centre Manager will oversee the day-to-day operational running of a site, providing leadership and motivation to their team.

This permanent full-time role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security as part of a larger organisation.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
  • Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and stakeholders through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure that the site operates profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports using the tools provided to understand site performance.
  • Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on-site, ensure staffing levels and processes are in place, and proactively build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, following all WHS policies and procedures, and reporting and addressing safety incidents/near misses immediately.
