Sales Cadet Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Cadet to join our Vermeer sales team based in Melbourne. As a Sales Cadet, you will have the opportunity to learn the skills to succeed as a successful Sales Representative of our Vermeer Compact range.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Make outbound customer calls via the CRM database to identify new business leads and investigate customer needs.
* Research and prospect for brand new business opportunities to drive business growth and performance.
* Support the sales team throughout the sales process, including handovers, registrations, pre-delivery inspections, and more.
* Attend industry events such as Dig Days, demonstrations, presentations, and field days to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
* Be supported to handle your own individual sales opportunities, including following up incoming enquires and transacting sales.

You will thrive on thinking inventively and commercially to drive business growth and performance through our customers.
