Job Role Overview

As a Workplace Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of corporate workplace services and hospitality experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct or coordinate repairs and maintenance within tenancies across Sydney.

This is not just a basic maintenance role; it requires someone who can work effectively in a team environment while managing competing priorities. We are looking for a team member who brings an energetic and proactive approach, with the ability to work autonomously. If you are committed to providing exceptional service, have a strong understanding of facilities management, and can positively interact with multiple stakeholders, then we want to hear from you.

You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding the importance of competing priorities and working through items that are essential versus those that can be delayed.
  • Undertaking general handyman and repairs/maintenance activities as required or within relevant scope, qualifications, or experience.
  • Actively monitoring and responding to actions raised within the site maintenance database (Safety Culture).
  • Ensuring statutory and maintenance compliance is maintained at all sites within Sydney.

Additionally, you will be expected to:

  • Coordinate with suppliers on planned preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Conduct or coordinate reactive maintenance as required.
  • Ensure respective contractors are compliant within the site contractor compliance portal (Rapid).

  • 3-5 years of applicable experience in similar business functions and knowledge in the maintenance of building services.
  • Ability to work well within team environments and build relationships with team members.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
