As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store success.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores and supervising store teams. This involves leading from the front, providing outstanding product knowledge, customer service, and solutions to customers. You will also work closely with the Store and Assistant Store Manager to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reinforce the customer-centric nature of City Beach by providing a superior customer experience
  • Ensure stores are open and ready for customers
  • Manage stock movement to reduce shrinkage and optimise sales
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, including shopfloor and stock room tidiness
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and research features and benefits
  • Recommend, select, and locate products based on customer needs or desires
  • Run shifts as required, including opening and closing the store premises, cash handling, and maintaining store security
  • Provide effective leadership on days where running a shift is required
  • Support the store leadership team in executing assigned tasks

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a customer-service role
  • Experience with operational supervision of a store highly desirable
  • A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to provide service for multiple customers
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations and a personable approach with customers
