Our Banquets Department plays a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. The Opportunity

We're in search of experienced Food and Beverage Attendants who can bring a touch of flair, professionalism and a genuine smile to our team.

Offering both Part-Time and Casual positions.

Our successful candidate will have:

  • At least one year of experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant in a 5-star hotel or premium dining environment.
  • A passion for food and beverage, a strong focus on customer service, and a genuine desire for crafting memorable event experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Outstanding multitasking skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude during busy service periods.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
