Regional Growth Specialist
We are seeking a Regional Growth Specialist to join our team in promoting prosperity and sustainability in regional Australian communities. This role involves building connections with local agribusiness customers to provide tailored banking solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and deliver mutually beneficial solutions while maintaining awareness of growth targets
- Proactively identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers to our portfolio
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement localized engagement plans for successful outcomes
- Drive profitable growth by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving results
- Mentor and grow the skills of fellow colleagues across the region
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related field
- Ability to undertake travel and possession of a valid driver's license
