We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our growing Engineering team in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering timely and accurate technical designs for high-voltage infrastructure projects.

Job Description

The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for high-voltage infrastructure projects, including transmission lines, wind farms, and battery storage systems. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, and have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role within the energy/electrical utilities industries. They will also have a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards, as well as experience working with complex internal and external secondary system design projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex secondary systems design projects
  • 7+ years experience in a similar role within Energy/Electrical utilities industries
  • High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
