We are seeking a seasoned fleet operations expert to coordinate vehicle movements and deliver products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the movement of freight across rail networks
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure work is completed according to performance metrics and safety guidelines
  • Evaluate service or safety incidents and escalate to the Operations Manager as required
  • Administer customer accounts and invoices accurately
  • Develop effective communication with all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Desirable: experience working with interstate rail networks
  • Experience working with SAP, Excel, and transportation management systems
  • Strong planning, reporting, data analysis, and analytical skills
  • High customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound geographical knowledge of Sydney Metro Area
