About Our Operations Team

We're driving a new era of transportation, focusing on innovative solutions for vehicle ownership and operation. With a strong emphasis on Rideshare services, we provide our customers with seamless access to vehicles that meet their needs.

To accelerate the transition to green mobility, we're pioneering sustainable practices globally, aiming to significantly reduce the transportation sector's carbon footprint by transitioning our fleet to electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities in Our Fleet Management Role

  • Ensure all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, fueled, or charged prior to customer handovers.
  • Maintain control over the car park at our depot, ensuring it remains neat and organized.
  • Carefully manage the movement of vehicles between specified locations, including service centers and warranty facilities.
  • Complete inspection photos for incoming and outgoing vehicles.
  • Thoroughly inspect and review vehicles repaired after accidents.
  • Organize the depot area daily, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and securely.
  • Support stakeholders with vehicle pick-ups, specifically for service and accident repairs.
  • Guarantee timely servicing of all vehicles and completion of necessary work.
  • Assist in preparing new vehicles for deployment, including telematics device installation.
  • Aid in vehicle preparation for decommissioning (sale preparation).

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • You must possess an unrestricted Australian Driver's License.
  • You should be comfortable commuting and working from our Sydney base.
  • You have intermediate-level computer skills.
  • You can work independently while also being part of a team, demonstrating a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
  • You have excellent attention to detail.
  • You are capable of ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • You are willing to go above and beyond to support your team and provide excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable.
  • A basic understanding of mechanical principles or motor vehicles would be beneficial.
