Senior Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Maintenance Superintendent. This role is responsible for leading the maintenance team to provide best practice services, ensuring reliable asset performance, and implementing strategies for maximum efficiencies, utilisation, and availability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage maintenance plans and budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure effective delivery of maintenance services.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a zero-harm culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes.
- A minimum electrical or mechanical trade qualification and extensive experience in an underground coal mining environment.
- Experience working with underground mining machinery and S1, S2, S3 & G2 qualifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and respond accordingly.
- Full understanding of OHS issues relating to mine safety.
- A full-time, permanent position with a Monday - Friday (5/2) roster.
- Residential, DIDO, or FIFO options available.
