Senior Tax Advisor

Our team is seeking experienced professionals to advise clients on domestic and cross-border tax issues. This role involves preparing for and resolving risk reviews, audits and disputes with revenue authorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing written and oral advocacy skills and providing legal advice across various teams.
- Collaborating nationally on engagements with opportunities to collaborate across jurisdictions.
- Working with specialist groups across the practice in Australia and internationally.
To be considered, you should have:
- Experience in corporate tax, international tax, tax law and/or tax dispute resolution and controversy in a professional services firm or government agency.
- Ability to establish high stakeholder engagement and act as an advisor to the business on topical areas of tax law.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and project management skills, with ability to motivate and work as part of a high-performing team.
- Australian and/or other Commonwealth country legal experience.
A Law Degree is required for this role.
