Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller Partnership Specialist to join our team at PACT Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of claims and rebates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accounting and commercial link between Sales, Finance, and customer/shared services to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims and rebates.
  • Support margin and costing reviews to enable business stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  • Work across multiple manufacturing sites to develop strong relationships with business leaders and site stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM), Manufacturing Finance, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
  • Prepare and review quarterly STD COGs changes by SKU/Plant with sales and site finance teams.
  • Drive margin maintenance through price and support sales and marketing teams in building and presenting quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate experience in management accounting or cost accounting.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, draw insights, and develop solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging analytical capabilities to influence business stakeholders to effectively manage costs, risks, revenues, and profits.
  • Sound financial understanding of P&L, accounting systems, and financial metrics.
  • Tertiary accounting qualification and studying towards CPA or CA qualification.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Ability to apply effective questioning, communication, and influencing skills to understand business issues.
  • Ability to work to challenging deadlines in a demanding fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive in identifying and solving complex problems/issues.
  • Ability to think innovatively in developing and implementing solutions.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
