Property Settlement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Property Settlement Specialist to join our dynamic team. With a focus on large scale development matters, this is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized and has excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare documents and review contracts
- Prepare transfers, stamp duty declaration forms and other relevant paperwork
- Obtain certificates and conduct relevant searches
- Coordinate settlements
- Prepare client invoices
- Client reporting
- General administrative duties including opening new files, data-entry and archiving files

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a conveyancing clerk
- Experience using PEXA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An enthusiastic and proactive attitude
