Philanthropy and Fundraising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Philanthropy and Fundraising Specialist to join our Marketing & Brand team.

  • To be successful in this role, you will require an ability to understand and translate motivations for donors supporting a cause.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in achieving significant growth in individual giving, campaigns, and appeals.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering the philanthropy framework and approach, as well as leading and delivering all fundraising initiatives at our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our services, operating environment, and stakeholders to support setting up the end-to-end philanthropic process.
  • Identify, progress, and maintain a diverse range of philanthropic revenue streams.
  • Establish a stakeholder engagement and communications plan for relationship building and delivery of innovative campaigns.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • An ability to understand and translate motivations for donors supporting a cause.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail for delivering verbal and written content and ensuring accurate data is maintained for all appeals and activities.
  • Proven success in achieving significant growth in individual giving, campaigns, and appeals.
