Marketing Specialist Role

Retail landlords with national assets are seeking an enthusiastic team member to join their modern offices in Perth. With over 20 years of experience, the leader at this prominent company is looking for someone to ensure the integrity of their brand.

The successful candidate will coordinate events and space activation using their digital, print, and events management skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing tenant and corporate engagement, as well as place-making activations
  • Preparing and implementing a marketing plan for national assets
  • Briefing external consultants, including agencies, marketing consultants, and creative agencies
  • Promoting tenant and community engagement internally and externally for national assets
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of the marketing plan

A strong background in marketing, preferably in property and public relations, is essential. Experience in hospitality, event management, and promotions is also highly regarded. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize work within tight deadlines and provide excellent service levels.

Tertiary qualifications in marketing and communications are required for this role.
