Project Support Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to venture into the world of projects. As a Project Support Officer, you will have exposure to all elements of project delivery from project management to change management to business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business analysis support to project teams;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies;
  • Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues;
  • Support the preparation and delivery of project reports and presentations;
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and records;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar business analysis support or project support role;
  • Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong customer service skills;
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, planning and organisational skills with a continuous improvement focus;
  • Demonstrated positive and flexible attitude with a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks and adjust to competing priorities.
